I am Hmong American, a first generation refugee of the Vietnam War; arrived in the USA at a tender age of 2 after my unfortunate contraction of Poliomyelitis during my family's time in a refugee camp. This was the beginning of many "first" important life events - the start of my life's journey of becoming ME.

As a self-taught artist with focus on abstract oil & acrylic paintings, I love a variety of colors to show both vibrancy and darkness.
Not limited to a particular style of art, my artistic process flows through the feelings and beats of my heart and work of my hands.
